WHAT TIME DOES THIS START?

Food Trucks arrive outside the Arch at 5:00 pm (There is cute patio seating on the south side of the Arch to sit and enjoy!)

Doors open at 6:30 pm (Feel free to bring food inside!)

Pre-show with Costume Contest and Drawing starts at 7:00 pm

WHAT'S PARKING LIKE?
WILL THERE BE FOOD?
Yes! We will have food trucks out front 30-60 minutes before Doors until Hedwig starts (feel free to bring food truck items inside) and light snacks and treats will be available for purchase inside the venue all night long.
WHICH FOOD TRUCKS WILL BE THERE?
Food trucks will be parked outside the Arch 30-60 minutes before Doors. Please purchase drinks inside the Arch.
WHY ISN'T MY TICKET SHOWING UP ON MY
EVENTBRITE APP?
Double check you are signed into the Eventbrite app or website with the same email address you used to purchase your ticket. If you still can't find it, email us. Be sure to include your full name and the date of show you purchased.
THE SCAN CODE INCLUDED IN YOUR TICKET PDF IS FOR OUR PURPOSES UPON ARRIVAL, TO CHECK YOU IN. If you are trying to scan the code in the ticket you purchased, it will do nothing.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET FOR ANOTHER DATE?
So sorry, but as clearly stated before you purchased, we are not able to refund or exchange any tickets.
WHAT'S THE MINIMUM AGE?
*Age 18 and up. IDs will be checked at the door. Some exceptions will be made for younger folks accompanied by an adult.

DO I HAVE TO BE THERE RIGHT AT DOORS?
Nope! But we highly encourage you to catch the pre-show by Jessica L’Whor one hour before Hedwig begins. There will be food trucks, delicious drinks, costume contest and more before the show!

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH VIP TABLES?
If you bought a 4 pp VIP table, 4 people are admitted under one ticket.
If you bought a 2 pp VIP table, 2 people are admitted under one ticket.
The VIP tables are elevated, reserved and have drink service scan codes to be delivered to you throughout the pre-show and show.
HOW IS SEATING GOING TO WORK?
Audience members buy in a certain section and are placed closest to front and center of that section, depending on when they purchased their tickets.

WHAT IS ACCESSIBILITY INFO?
The Arch event space is fairly accessible with the entrance, event space, and bathrooms all on one floor with no stairs.
Accessible seating is located in front of the stage, with aisles leading to the seating area.
PARKING
As an accommodation to our disabled attendees, you may use the actor/employee parking with a handicap placard. There will be some gravel to navigate. For those who absolutely can’t navigate gravel, there are two paved parking spots right next to the Arch entrance. Please only use these if you can’t traverse gravel.

There is an accessible bathroom, and the other bathrooms are also big enough to fit most wheelchair users

The doors are not automatic or powered in any way

The doorways are wide enough to fit most wheelchair users, however there are no double doors
